Content Day moves fast — one hour, several stations. A little prep beforehand is the difference between “some photos” and a month of posts. Next session: Monday, July 27th, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

What to wear

Dress how you want to be seen

Solid colors win

Solids photograph better than busy patterns, thin stripes, or big logos. Jewel tones, neutrals, and earth tones all look great against our backdrops.

Dress like your brand

Show up the way your clients see you on your best day — polished business casual, a blazer, or your signature look. If in doubt, bring a layer to swap.

Mind the details

Steam or lint-roll before you arrive, check collars and necklaces, and keep glasses cleaned — small things are what cameras notice.

Hair, makeup, grooming

Arrive photo-ready: whatever your normal “important meeting” routine is, do that. Powder or blotting paper helps under studio light.

Four things that 10x your hour

2–3 content ideas

A market take, a client story (no client names or details), a myth to bust, a “what I wish buyers knew.” Short beats perfect.

Your phone, charged

Some clips get shot vertically on your own device so they post natively from your accounts.

A prop, if you have one

Branded mug, sold sign, laptop — anything that makes b-roll feel like your real work day.

A backup outfit or layer

One quick swap doubles the wardrobe variety across your headshots and lifestyle photos.

On camera

Video without the panic

You do not need a script — you need a first sentence. Mikaela and Molly will prompt you, re-take as many times as it needs, and coach the delivery. Short, natural clips beat polished monologues every single time: aim for 20–40 seconds per idea, talk like you're texting a client, and let the team handle the rest.
